Brokers
Brokers can have two different types of membership with the Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS®.

• Brokers can have a Primary Membership in WPAR if their membership in WPAR is their primary (or only) membership in a Member Board of NAR. Click here for more information.
• Brokers can have a Secondary Membership in WPAR if their membership in another Board of REALTORS® is their primary membership in a Member Board of NAR. Click here for more information.

Salespersons
Salespersons can have two different types of membership with the Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS®.

• Salespersons can have a Primary Membership in WPAR if their membership in the Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS® is their primary (or only) membership in a Member Board of NAR, and they are sponsored by a broker with Primary or Secondary membership in WPAR.
