WPAR Membership Census -- 2010

We ask you to take just a minute or two to complete this questionnaire about the increasing ethnic and age diversity of WPAR members. The responses will provide key data to WPAR for planning future services and delivery mechanisms. It is also the goal of the organization to reach out to our diverse membership and encourage more active participation in the organization. You'll note that the questions are similar in nature to those asked on the U.S. Census conducted earlier this year.
