Brokers
For a broker to become a primary member in HGAR they must:

• Hold a New York state broker license.
• Fill out and submit an application.
• Pay HGAR dues.
• Attend a New Member Orientation

Salespersons
For a salesperson to become a primary member in HGAR they must:

• Hold a New York state salesperson license.
• Be sponsored by a broker with Primary or Secondary membership in HGAR.
• Fill out and submit an application.
• Pay HGAR dues.
• Attend a New Member Orientation
