WPAR Membership
The Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS® is a Member Board of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Brokers
Brokers can have two different types of membership with the Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS®.

Brokers can have a Primary Membership in WPAR if their membership in WPAR is their primary (or only) membership in a Member Board of NAR. Click here for more information.
Brokers can have a Secondary Membership in WPAR if their membership in another Board of REALTORS® is their primary membership in a Member Board of NAR. Click here for more information.

Salespersons
Salespersons can have two different types of membership with the Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS®.

Salespersons can have a Primary Membership in WPAR if their membership in the Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS® is their primary (or only) membership in a Member Board of NAR, and they are sponsored by a broker with Primary or Secondary membership in WPAR. Click here for more information.

WPMLS Access
The Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service, Inc. is a subsidiary of the Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS®, Inc. and the Putnam County Association of REALTORS®, Inc. Click here for the fees and charges.

Brokers
Brokers have three ways to access the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service.

Brokers can access the WPMLS if they hold a Primary Membership in WPAR.
Brokers can access the WPMLS if they hold a Secondary Membership in WPAR.
Brokers can access the WPMLS if they hold membership in a Member Board of NAR.

Salespersons
Salespersons have three ways to access the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service.

Salespersons can access the WPMLS if they hold a Primary Membership in WPAR, and they are sponsored by a broker with WPMLS access.
Salespersons can access the WPMLS if they hold a Secondary Membership in WPAR, and they are sponsored by a broker with WPMLS access.
Salespersons can access the WPMLS if they hold a membership in a Member Board of NAR, and they are sponsored by a broker with WPMLS access.

CID Membership
The Commercial and Industrial Division promotes professionalism and cooperation in the marketing of commercial, industrial and investment property.

CID membership for members of the Westchester County Board of REALTORS®, Inc. or any other REALTOR® association is $125 per year. Membership includes the monthly mailing service, enrollment in the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, and attendance at CID breakfasts at the member rate of $10 per breakfast.

Persons and companies that do not hold membership in a REALTOR® association may also join CID at the rate of $350 per year, with the benefits described above except for enrollment in the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance.
